摘要
20世纪80年代以来,随着我国经济、政治体制改革的日益深入与发展,事业单位管理体制的许多弊端也日益凸现,许多方面开始表现出不适应甚至阻碍社会主义市场经济进一步发展的势头。对我国事业单位进行人事制度改革已势在必行。充分认识改革中的难点所在,有利于深化改革,有利于促进我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善。
As the economic and the political reform of our country goes deeper and develops increasingly since 1980's, many defects of institutions" management system also increasingly appear, some even are demonstrated that unsuited to or hinder the further development of the socialist market economy. It is imperative to reform the personnel system and institutions of our country. Full understanding the difficulties of the reform will be favorable to deepen the reform, and promote China's socialist market economy structure's establishment and improvement
