摘要
国外职业教育集团化中学生的角色转变,分为以学校为主体的"学生→学徒→学生"和以企业为主体的"学徒→学生→学徒"两种模式。从制度保障、资金保障、师资保障、环境保障等方面,论述了国外职业教育中加快学生角色转变的运行机制。
Students' role change mode in foreign vocational education collectivization can be classified in to two modes: "student → apprentice → student", taking school as the subjective; and "apprentice → student apprentice", taking enterprise as the subjective. The paper discusses the mechanism of speeding up students' role change mode from system guarantee, capital guarantee, teaching staff guarantee, and environment guarantee.
