摘要
软件人才的匮乏成为我国软件产业发展的最大瓶颈,高职院校作为打造"软件蓝领"人才的主要基地,在培养过程中存在着定位不准、培养模式教条化、教学内容落后等问题。在深入分析的基础上,从非技术能力和技术能力两方面提出高素质初级软件人才的标准,并对照标准,从教学方法、办学机制、办学模式等方面进行了高职软件人才培养探索。
Lack of software talent is the greatest bottleneck of the software industry development of our country. As the base of "software blue collar" training, vocational college has the problems such as inappropriate posiquality c training mode, and outdated teaching content. Based upon a deeper analysis, standards for highjunior software talent are proposed from the perspective of non-technical ability and technical ability in this paper. What's more, software talent training reform and innovation are explored from teaching method, school-running mechanism, and school-running mode, consulting the standards.
