问题解决型教学法在内科护理学教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨问题解决型教学法在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法将156名护理专科学生随机分为实验组(82人)和对照组(74人),对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用问题解决法,课程结束后评价教学效果。结果实验组考核平均成绩83.64±7.68,对照组考核平均成绩77.69±9.57,(u=12.14 P﹤0.01)。结论采用问题解决型教学法进行内科护理教学,有利于提高学生的沟通能力、分析和解决问题的能力,同时可有效地解决教学与临床实际脱节的问题。 Aim Discussing on the effect when problem-solving teaching method is applied to internal nursing science teaching. Method 156 students majoring in nursing are classified into experimental group ( 82 persons) and comparison group(74 persons) at random. The latter adopts traditional teaching method, but the former uses the problem-solving method. When the course is finished at the end of the term, the teaching effects are evaluated. Findings The achievements of the former is greatly superior to the latter" s (P〈0.01 on the average). All the students in experimental group think that it is problem-solving teaching method that activate their interest, enthusiasm and initiative. Conclusion Problem-solving teaching method can cultivate students' abilities to communicate, to understand, to solve and deal with problems. Meanwhile it can improve students' skill level to solve the problem with which teaching and medical practice is separated from each other.
