By analyzing the characteristic and the present situation of ＂Intel Teach to the Future＂, this article points out the openness and standardization features, requirements and conceptof it, clarifying its enlightment to Chinese elementary and middle futher education is overall and omni-directional. After discussing the necessity and difficulties of China＇s practice of ＂Intel Teach to the Future＂ model, the author proposes concrete countermeasures and methods in its implementation.
