Special Value of Adult Education in the Urbanization Process

农民工教育对于提高农民工市民化能力具有重要作用。但现阶段,我国农民工教育培训困难重重。基于背景研究和问题探讨,农民工教育政策基点应从弱势关怀转向强国关注;实现短线培训与长线教育的结合,提高农民工的素质;通过制度安排营造农民工教育培训的条件和氛围。以有效促进农民工的市民化。

The adult education has important function in improving rural workers＇ ability. But in the present, there are a lot of difficulties in training the rural workers. Based on the research on the background and problems, the basic point of rural workers＇ policy for education should show more care from the weak; the long-term education should be combined with short-term training to improve their quality; the terms and atmosphere should be constructed through the system in order to promote the citification of the rural workers effectively.
