摘要
教师胜任力研究是教育领域的一个新的研究热点。教师胜任力模型为民办中小学的招聘提供了理论的指导和客观科学的评价方法。文章分析了民办中小学校在教师招聘中存在问题,提出了教师胜任力模型在民办中小学教师招聘中应用的步骤和方法。
The study of teacher competence is a new focus in education field. The teacher-competence mode provides theory guidance and impersonal and scientific appraisement. Thethesis analyses the problems ofprivate school teachers recruiting, andbrings forward teacher-competence mode on how to apply in teachers recruiting.
