科学发展观指导下的高职院校目标管理

On Management By Objectives in Higher Vicational Colleges Guiding by the Outlook of Scientific Development

近年来,我国高职教育规模获得了迅速扩大,目标管理在高职院校管理中被广泛关注。科学发展观是新世纪、新阶段做好各项工作的根本指针。针对高职院校目标管理运作过程中存在的一些弊端,结合科学发展观在高职院校内涵发展管理实践中的具体应用,对高职院校目标管理及主要方法和策略进行了论述。

In recent years, the scale of our country＇ s higher vocational education has been obtaining the rapid expansion, so management by objectives （MBO） has been widely paid attention in higher vocational college. The outlook of scientific development is the basic indicator in the new century and the new stage. The thesis focuses on some malpractices in the process of MBO, combining with the application of scientific development in higher vocational colleges, and carries on the elaboration to the MBO and the methods and strategy.
