摘要
"职业倦怠"一词首次由费鲁顿伯格用于描述助人行业的职业心理。职业倦怠作为一种职业性伤害,转型期高职院校教师职业倦怠表现得尤为明显.其存在给高职院校的教师个人、学生、乃至整个社会都带来了诸多负面影响.因此,缓解教师职业倦怠,首先需要社会各界改变对高职教育认识上的不足;其次,要改变高职院校的管理机制,为教师创造良好的学习、工作、生活环境;高职院校的教师也应调适好自己的心态,主动适应转型期高职教育的变革发展。
Burnout is proposed by Freudenberge initially to describe the professional psychology in helping industry. As an occupational injury, burnout is especially obvious among vocational college teachers during restructuring time. It has brought many negative effects to teachers, students, and even the entire community. Therefore, in order to relieve the burnout of vocational college teachers, firstly, it is necessary to reinforce the cognition of higher vocational education in our society. Secondly, the management mechanism of higher vocational colleges needs to be improved so as to create a good learning, working and living environment for tea- chers. Finally, the vocational college teachers should also adjust and adapt themselves to the reform and development of higher vocational education.
