摘要
本文介绍了在MasterCAMX软件中,对传统加工难以实现的叶轮进行多轴高速铣削设置,并对加工过程进行仿真后生成数控程序。
This paper introduces a new impeller manufacturing method in MasterCAM X software. The traditional method is difficult to achieve high-speed manufacture and high surface accuracy. While MasterCAM X could achieve it by its high-speed function and multi-axis milling function, and after the proper setting it could generate NC code automatical automatically.
