包装安全性是食品安全最重要的影响因素之一。阐述了食品包装安全性的内涵及表现、渗透和迁移的机理,对美、德、意以及欧盟关于包装成分迁移的立法进行了介绍,并提出了我国的应对之策。

Packing security is one of the most important effects of food security. The connotation and apparent, the mechanism of seepage and migration of packing security have been elaborated in this article, as well as the packing ingredient migration＇s legislation of US, Germany, Italy and European Union. The strategies have also been given in this paper.
