基于PLC的交变湿热模糊PI控制

摘要 针对温湿度强耦合、大惯性的特点,结合交变湿热环境模拟试验,介绍了一种交变湿热控制的新方法,采用温湿度强制解耦,单回路模糊在线自整定PI控制算法,并在西门子S7-300系列PLC上加以实现。通过应用可知,该方法具有超调小,调节迅速和上升时间短等特点,具有很好的鲁棒性。 In response to the temperature and humidity's features of highly-coupling and long-dead-time, According to the environmental test of the temperature and humidity multi-variable, this paper presents a new method to control temperature and humidity. The method combines peremptory discoupling and self-regulating fuzzy PI controller of single loop and PLC S7-300 is used as the control platform. Application result shows that this method has a feature of ideal characteristics of small overshoot, fast regulation and short climbing time, and good robustness.
