摘要 探讨用超声检测左室乳头肌长度及其与室壁构筑角度的应用解剖。报道60例国人心脏左室乳头肌长轴切面下尸解测量。左心室前乳头肌分支单根多,复根少;后乳头肌分支复根多,单根少。分别测量了前、后乳头肌主、副支近腔侧、附壁部、游离段长度,以及它们与左室壁的构筑角度。本研究结果提供了左心室二尖瓣乳头肌长度“三角”形解剖和室壁构筑角度的解剖资料。 The purpose of the present study was to discribe the cardiac cross sectional anatomy and the papillary muscle length and architecture angularity.Measurement of papillary muscle of left ventricle in applied anatomy was performed on 60 formalin fixed heart specimen under long axis view of the left ventricle.The result showed that a papillary muscle consisted of single and many small muscle columns.Anterior papillary was main column and posterior papillary was small multicolumns.Length of main or minus columns of anterior/posterior papillary approaching cavity surface wall attached part, free segment and architecture angularity ware measured separately.The results in present study provides the data of the length and architecture angularity of the left ventricular mitral valve.The clinical applied anatomy of papillary muscle in two dimensional echocardiography was discussed.
