摘要
以工业氢氧化锂和分析纯碳酸铵为原料,采用复分解法合成高纯碳酸锂。研究了工艺条件对产品质量的影响,其最佳条件为:反应酸度pH在7~8,反应时间30min,煮沸时间20min,洗水用电渗析水,所得到产品碳酸锂纯度较高。将它用纯净二氧化碳处理,重结晶一次,能得到高纯碳酸锂,本法生产成本低,生产易实现工业化,市场前景非常广阔。
This paper introduces the method of preparing high pure lithium carbonate by double decomposition method with industrial lithium hydroxide and ammonium carbonate as the taws materials. Furthermore, the influences of process conditions on product quality are studied. The optimal reaction acidity is pH7--8;the reaction time is 30min; the digestion time is 20min; the washing water adopts electrodialysis water. The carbonation was pseudo first order reaction.The production cost is low, it is easy to industrialize and the products have a very bright market.
