摘要 丙烯循环气压缩机PK301是聚丙烯装置中降耗节能的重要设备,PK301频繁停车,导致聚丙烯装置单耗和损失率增大,成为装置降能节耗的瓶颈。经过技术改进,减少了PK301停车次数,降低了单耗和损失率,提高了生产的平稳率和经济效益。 The propylene circulating gas compressors pk301 is the important equipment of energy saving and consumption reduction which in the polypropylene plant. Frequent shut down of the pk301 leads to the increase of the unit consumption and loss rate of the importance equipment. It becomes the bottleneck of energy saving and consumption reduction of the whole unit. After technical reformation, the number of stops is reduced and the unit consumption and loss rate are decreased, thus the production smoothness and economic benefits are improved.
