摘要
胞质紧密粘连蛋白1(ZO-1)是多域蛋白家族膜结合鸟苷酸激酶同系物中的一员,作为紧密连接的组成成分在组织分化和器官发生发面起关键作用,同时ZO-1的改变与细胞通透性的增加有关。ZO-1在包括肾、胎盘、血脑屏障等许多组织中表达,可与紧密连接上的很多跨膜蛋白相互作用。
Zonula occludens-1 belongs to a family of muhi-domainproteins known as the membrane-associated guanylate kinase homologues(MAGUKs). It is tight junction constituent and therefore play a pivotal role in tissue differentiation and organogenesis. Alterations of ZO-1 are associated with increased paracellular permeability. ZO-1 expresses in some tissues such as kidney, human placenta and blood-brain-barrier. ZO-1 has been demonstrated to interact with the tranmembrane proteins localizing at tight junctions.
