摘要 儿童单纯性肥胖与成年后心脑血管疾病的发生密切相关。儿童单纯性肥胖时发生的代谢内分泌等方面改变,包括脂代谢紊乱、内皮胰岛素抵抗、氧化应激增强、脂肪因子的分泌、同型半胱氨酸水平的升高等,都是内皮细胞损伤的可能病因和重要病因素。复习文献并结合其可能发病机制进行综述。 Obesity in childhood is closely associated with adult cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Some metabolic and endocrine changes in children obesity including the lipid metabolic disorder, endothelial insulin resistance,increased oxidative stress, secretion of adipocytokines and increased level of homocysteine are all likely to be the possible etiology and impo^nt causes of diseases. This article reviews its possible pathogenesis based on the related data.
