白细胞介素18在急性冠状动脉综合征的研究进展

摘要 白细胞介素18是多效能前炎性因子,诱导干扰素γ的合成与释放,激活单核巨噬细胞分泌基质金属蛋白酶,增量调节许多细胞因子,对于粥样斑块不稳定、促进急性冠状动脉综合征发生起重要作用,是急性冠状动脉综合征的独立危险因子之一。阻断IL-18/IL-18受体相互作用,可以抑制动脉粥样硬化发展、保持斑块稳定,为防治急性冠状动脉综合征提供新的治疗手段。 Interleukin-18 is a proinfhmmatory cytokine with manifold effect, including inducting IFN-γ synthesis and releasing, activating monocyte/macrophage to secrete MMP and upregulatlng many inflammatory factors, which play an important role in the genesis of unstable atherosclerotic plaque and promoting the genesis of acute coronary syndrome( ACS), thus IL-18 is one independent risk factor of ACS. Inhibiting the coaction of IL-18/IL-18 receptor can inhibit the genesis of artherosclerosis, maintain the stability of plaque, which will provide new therapeutic methods for the prevention and therapy of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).
