摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种原因未明、以认知功能减退为主要临床表现的神经系统退行性疾病,已成为世界范围内危害人类健康最严重的疾病之一。中医药防治AD是近年来的研究热点,已发现人参根的提取物人参皂苷对AD具有良好的治疗作用。
Alzheimer＇disease （AD） is a kind of neurodegenerative disease with cognitive decline as the main clinical feature ,whose pathogenesy is still unknown. AD is one of the most serious diseases endangering human health worldwide. It has become a research focus to treat AD with traditional Chinese medicine. It has been demonstrated for ginsenoside extracted from the root of ginseng to have good effects on AD.
