摘要
目的研究芹菜甲素对三氯化铝(Alcl3)所致痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力和背海马内β-淀粉样前体蛋白(β-APP)阳性神经元的影响,以期探讨芹菜甲素抗老年性痴呆的作用机制。方法用Alcl3致老年性痴呆模型大鼠为实验对象,以其学习记忆能力、背海马和齿状回内β-APP阳性神经元的数量为指标,并进行统计学分析。结果芹菜甲素能明显对抗老年性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力的下降,抑制背海马和齿状回内β-APP阳性神经元的生成。结论芹菜甲素对老年性痴呆有明显的改善作用。
Objective By using Alzheimer's model rats induced by Alel3 , the effects and mechanism of Butyl-phthalide were investigated. Methods Butyl-phthalide were given to rats by oral for seven weeks. Then, the ability of study of mice were determined by step-down test and the number of neurons in the Bregma hippoeampus containing β-APP proteins were counted. Results To the model rats, Butyl-phthalide (20,40mg/kg,ig) has protective effects on the imparement of memory of rats and decrease the number of neurons in the Bregma hippoeampus containing β-APP proteins. Conclusion Butyl-phthabde has a remarkable improvement on Alzheimer's model rats induced by Alel3.
