摘要
分析研究了青海农村产业结构的现状、特征和问题,提出农村产业结构调整的指导思想和目标,在对策研究中,着重谈了强化农业基础地位,进一步深化农村改革,加快建立有利于发展生产力的市场经济新体制。
The status, characters and problems of industry construction were analyzed in countryside Qinghai. Guide thought and objective of countryside industry construction regulate were offered. Strengthen agriculture base position was stated mainly. Countryside reform was deepening in further. The new market economy system of suitable development production would be established as fast as possible.
