Experimental Study on the Long-term Stability of ARL3460 Spectrometer

为了研究美国Thermo公司制造的ARL3460型光谱仪的长期稳定性,采用美国标样(B/3)在不进行标准化的情况下,对其进行了试验测定。试验所得数据均优于美国Thermo公司承诺的ARL3460仪器验收之标准偏差,说明该光谱仪具有良好的长期稳定性,其分析精度即使在较长时间内不进行日常标准化仍能够满足材料成分测定的要求,分析结果是可靠的。

In order to make a study of the long-term stability of ARL3460 spectrometer made by the Thermo Company of America, trial test is carried out by using the America standard sample （B/3） under the condition of no standardization. All the resulting data are better than the acceptance standard deviation of the ARL3460 spectrometer provided by Thermo Company, which demonstrates a good long-term stability of the spectrometer. Its analysis precision can meet the requirement of material composition test even without routine standardization for a long time and the analysis result is reliable.
