摘要
各种类型的柴油机在冬季或环境温度较低的情况下,燃油会因外界天气变化而发生一些物理变化。WM-D01型柴油机燃油加热装置的研制成功,满足了用户需求,解决了冬季柴油机启动困难和由于天气突变所带来的诸多不便。如果驾驶人员所加燃油不能满足外界气温要求,该装置能够帮助柴油机顺利启动。本文着重介绍了WM-D01型柴油机燃油加热装置的技术原理、功能特点、技术参数、结构组成以及该产品的应用前景和经济价值。
In the ease of winter or very low environment temperature, fuel of all kinds of diesels may have physical changes due to the diversification of outside weather. The successful development of fuel heating equipment of the model WM-D01 diesel meets the need of consumers, solving the difficulty of starting in winter and many inconveniences beeanse of unexpected weather, ff the fuel filled by drivers can＇t meet the demand of the outside temperature, the equipment can help the diesel to start up smoothly. The paper mainly introduces the fuel heating equipment of the model, WM-D01 diesel＇s technical theory, special functions, technical parameter and structure, as well as applied prospect and economic value of the product.
