齿辊是球团竖炉核心备件,被大多数炼铁厂广泛应用,其结构和冷却问题是影响其使用寿命的关键因素,作者经过多年探索,成功研制出了高强度贯流式冷却齿辊,解决了齿辊的冷却问题,提高了其使用寿命。

As a core spare part of the pellet shaft furnace, the tooth roll has been widely used in most iron-making plant, yet its structure and cooling problem are the key factor effecting working life. After many years exploration, the author has successfully developed high strength tubular cooling tooth roll, which solve the cooling problem of the tooth roll and improve its working life.
