肝损伤59例手术治疗效果分析

Clinical effectiveness of different surgical procedures in the treatment of hepatic injuries

目的探讨肝损伤手术治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析我院1991年1月～2007年10月手术治疗59例肝损伤的临床资料。其中,行经肝缝合修补术16例,肝缝合修补加肝动脉结扎3例,肝切开缝合修补术14例,清创性肝切除术21例,规则性肝切除术5例。结果本组死亡6例,死亡率为10.2%。其余病例均救治成功,无严重术后并发症发生。结论提高肝外伤疗效的关键是依据肝外伤的具体情况选择合理的手术方式。

Objective To explore the curative effects of the different surgical procedures for hepatic injures. Methods The clinical data of 59 cases of hepatic injuries subject to surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed from January 1991 to October 2007 in our hospital. Among 59 cases of hepatic injures, 16 cases received hepatic repair,3 cases hepatic repair plus hepatic artery ligation, 14 cases hepatic repair by incision, 21 cases hepatic resectional debridment and 5 cases anatomical resection. Results Six cases died and the mortality was 10. 2%. The remaining patients were cured and no severe postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion The keys to improve treatment effects are the selection of rational surgical procedures according to the specific conditions of hepatic injuries.
