摘要
介绍了一种振动强化抛光方法的原理,该方法将传统的强化与抛光工序合二为一。建立了强化抛光试验装置,对具有异型曲面的发动机叶片进行了强化抛光试验。研究了磨块、频率、时间、振幅等对强化抛光的影响。试验表明:强化抛光后,发动机叶片表面粗糙度从Ra0.35-0.5μm减小到Ra0.1—0.12μm,疲劳强度提高了约50%。
The principle of vibration strengthening polishing was introduced, which combined strengthening and polishing into a single step. Experimental equipment of vibration strengthening and polishing was established, and used on strengthening and polishing of engine blades with abnormal shape. The influence of grinding block, frequency, time, amplitude and so on to strengthening and polishing was studied. The test showed that the strengthen polishing surface roughness of engine blade was decreased from Ra0. 35 -0. 5 μm to Ra0. 1 -0. 12 μm, and the fatigue strength was enhanced approximately 50%.
