摘要
对双凸极电动机在H_pwm-L_on型调制方式下的换向过程进行了研究。给出了上桥换向和下桥换向时的电流回路、状态方程及各相电流变化率的分析,对不同滞环宽度和不同负载大小下的换向过程进行了细致分析,对比了换向期间和两相导通非换向区间内绕组电流变化率,从而揭示了换向期间电机的工作情况。基于12/8极混合励磁双凸极电动机驱动系统的试验,给出换向期间的主要波形,从而验证了文中分析。
Commutation under H_pwm-L_on control strategy in doubly salient machine was analyzed. The commutation between upper mosfets and lower mosfets were both presented. Current loop, state equation, and slew rate of winding current during commutation were investigated. The commutation under different hysteresis bandwidthes and different loads were given. Also, the slew rates of winding current under commutation and two-phase conducting region were compared. Finally, based on a 12/8 hybrid excitation doubly salient motor, main experimental waveforms were given, which verify the analysis in the paper.
