摘要 采用DSP TMS320F2801和高性能伺服控制芯片IRMCK201作为控制单元,交流永磁同步电动机(PMSM)作为驱动单元,实现了一种智能工业缝纫机的全数字交流伺服控制系统。描述了系统的硬件实现,重点设计了该系统的电流环、速度环和位置环。试验结果表明该设计方案能够获得较高的伺服性能,适用于工业缝纫机等伺服系统的开发。 An intellengent digital AC servo control system of industrial sewing maching was discussed, which uses DSP TMS320F2801 and high performance AC servo control IC IRMCK201 as control unit, AC permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as driving unit. Current loop, speed loop and station loop of the system was designed mostly and implementation of hardware of the system was presented. The experimental results proved that designing revolution provide high servo performance and it was one way to realize servo system such as industrial sewing machine.
