摘要
针对常规步进电动机驱动采用开环控制、精度不高的问题,提出了一种数字式步进闭环位置控制系统设计。给出了数学模型。设计既有闭环系统的控制精度,又有开环系统的稳定性;应用范围广,可对各种类型的数控机床实现高精度、高稳定性和优良的动态性能控制。
To avoid low accuracy in open loop stepping driving systems, a new kind of digitized closed-loop position control system was presented. Studied the system feasibility, a mathematical Model to this design was gived, which had not only the control precision of the fully closed loop system, but also the stability of the open loop system. It had a wide application domain, so the closed loop control of variant NC machine tools can be implemented with the features of high accuracy, high stability and good Dynamic Performance.
