摘要 针对目前国内建造的新型现代温室实际运行效益不佳,并且价格昂贵、操作复杂和性能不稳定等现状。基于模糊控制技术开发了一套智能温室控制系统,实现了温室温度、湿度、光照强度等环境因子的综合控制。介绍了智能采集器的硬件组成和软件设计。该智能采集器以C8051F040单片机为核心,辅以相应的外围电路,并将采集数据传给智能控制器。基于C8051F040温室智能采集控制器与被控对象构成的闭环控制系统鲁棒性强,在实际应用中控制性能好。 In accordance with the current status of operation of the modem greenhouses built in our country, e.g., expensive in cost, complicated operation and unstable performance, an intelligent temperature control system based on fuzzy control technology is developed. The system comprehensively controls the environmental factors of temperature, humidity and intensity of illumination of the greenhouse. The hardware design and software design of the intelligent acquisition device is introduced. The device is composed of C8051F040 single chip computer as the kernel, equipped with relevant peripheral. The collected data are sent into the intelligent controller. The intelligent data acquisition controller based on C8051F040 and the object under control are built as a closed loop control system with high robustness. It offers excellent control performance in practical application.
