Application of GE VersaMax in Common Facilities of Chemical Enterprises

根据公用工程生产工艺的特点及控制要求,提出应用可编程控制器(PLC)对温度、压力、液位和逻辑实现自动控制。利用GEVersaMax PLC改造旧的仪表控制系统。介绍了系统的构成、硬件配置和软件设计。采用对等网络,应用工控软件,实现公用装置的集中监控。运行表明,改造后系统稳定可靠,达到设计要求。

According to the features and control requirements of technological process of the common facilities, the application of programmable logical controllers is proposed to implement automatic control for temperatures, pressure, level and logic. Existing control systems using instruments are replaced by GE VersaMax PLC. System compositions,hardware configurations and the software designs are introduced. Using peer-to-peer network and industrial control software, the monitoring and control system for common facilities is centralized. The operation demonstrates that the system after retrofit is steady and meets design requirement.
