摘要 讨论了常规检验与风险检验在检验程序、检验策略、设备评级与检验周期等方面的异同,指出RBI风险等级的评定是更全面、更可靠的设备评级。从长周期运行与降低设备开盖率两方面来探讨应用RBI技术所带来的好处。探讨应用RBI技术确定延期检验设备的具体做法。提出开发压力容器与压力管道的在线监测技术,利用在线监测的数据修正风险评估与风险检验的结果的问题。 Discussed the normal regulations inspection and the risk inspection at inspection the procedure, inspection strategy, the equipments rating and inspection the period different and similar of etc. It is more overall and more dependable equipments rating that point out the RBI risk grade assess. Circulate and lowered the equipments to open the cover rate both side from the long period to inquiry into the advantage that apply technique of RBI's bring. Inquiry into the crete way of doing of inspection the equipments. Put applied RBI technique the assurance postpones conforward the on - line monitor technique that develops the pressure container and the pressure piping, make use of the data of on - line monitor to revise the problem of the result of the risk valuation and the risk inspection.
