摘要
民主作为价值理念普遍被接受后,其关注点也从价值层面转向技术层面。民主的实现依赖民主技术的发展程度。在推进社会主义政治文明和和谐社会建设的背景下,探讨与认识民主技术的内涵、功能以及在当代中国政治发展中的价值有着重要的意义。
The democracy as a concept of value has been universally accepted,which attention has been turned from the level of value to the technical level. The realization of democracy depend on the degree of development of democratic technology. In the background of promoting a socialist political civilization and the building of a harmonious society, there is an important significance to explore and understand the meaning of democracy technical, functional and the value of political development in contemporary China.
