联合应用游离的腓肠肌皮瓣与股前外侧皮瓣移植修复下肢软组织缺损

Repair the soft tissue defects of leg with sural artery perforator free flap and anterolateral thigh perforator free flap

【目的】探讨腓肠肌皮瓣与股前外侧皮瓣游离联合应用修复下肢大面积软组织缺损的临床疗效。【方法】应用腓肠肌皮瓣和股前外侧皮瓣游离治疗下肢大面积软组织缺损11例。【结果】11例22个联合应用皮瓣全部成活,术后预期取得良好效果。【结论】下肢大面积皮肤缺损应用联合游离的皮瓣,有效解决了下肢软组织大面积缺损问题。

[Objective] TO explore the clinical effect of repairing large area soft tissue defects of leg with combined application of sural artery perforator free flap and anterolateral thigh perforator free flap. [Methods] The large area soft tissue defects of leg of eleven eases was cured by combined application of sural artery perforator free flap and anterolateral thigh perforator free flapo [Results] All 22 flaps in 11 eases were achived and with favourable effect. [Conclusions] Combined application of sural artery perforator flap and anterolateral thigh perforator flap solved the defects of the large area soft tissue of leg.
