摘要
根据港口水域的特点,将船舶在港口的航行过程划分为航道航行和靠离泊两个阶段;提出了运用船舶操纵模拟器进行港口通航安全评估的一般步骤:确定评估要求,制作电子海图,模拟外界环境,选择及检验船型,实施模拟方案,分析试验结果;并结合实例详细论述了评估方法的可行性和具体实施步骤,最后简要概述了操纵模拟器在通航安全评估应用中的局限性.
According to the characteristics of ports, the navigation process can be divided into two parts : navigating at fairway, arriving at and leaving berth. The common steps of using shiphandhng simulator to carry out the safety evaluation of ports are put forward : confirming the requirement of the evaluation, designing ECDIS, simulating the external environments, choosing and checking ship models, actualizing simulation schemes, and analyzing simulation results. And the feasibility and implementation are discussed detailedly. Finally the application limitations are outlined briefly.
