TCT技术在诊断宫颈病原微生物感染的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨宫颈常见微生物感染的细胞病理学诊断标准和意义。方法对20 375例宫颈膜式液基细胞学检测技术描述性诊断标准进行细胞病理学诊断,对其中的细菌、念珠菌、滴虫和人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染进行分析总结。结果细菌感染660例(3.2%),念珠菌感染537例(2.6%),滴虫感染168例(0.8%),HPV感染75例(0.4%)。结论宫颈常见微生物及其感染细胞病理学特征明显,对感染性诊断具有肯定的诊断价值。
