In the present economic situation, private enterprises are confronted with many difficulties, such as restriction of external condition, shortage of professionals, especially the difficulties of private enterprise finance have became a bottleneck for unsounded financial system in the development of private enterprise ,So it is necessarily to resolve the problem of private enterprise financing, and it is also urgent to construct a better new financing environment and financing mechanism. The author of this thesis tries to analyze the difficulties and nature of private enterprise finance, to delve into the way to improve the financing environment.
