本文阐述了数值模拟系统在钢板工艺开发中的应用,介绍了钢板加热、淬火、组织转变量及钢板性能计算等数学模型的建立,并举例说明了数值模拟在调质钢工艺开发中的应用。
The paper describes the application of numerical simulation system in steel plate process development, introduces the plate heating, quenching, phase transformation and the establishment of the mathematical model for plate property calculation, gives some examples to illustrate the application of numerical simulation in qucnching and tempering steel development.
