摘要
高速主轴电磁式在线动平衡机构采用步进电动机的工作原理设计而成,并结合振动平衡原理及其平衡的精度和速度要求,选用TI公司的高性能数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320F2812作为核心处理器来设计动平衡控制器。试验证明该控制器能满足在线动平衡工作的实时性要求,且平衡速度快、精度高,能显著降低高速主轴的振动强度,确保了加工过程中的零件加工质量。
The high-speed spindle dynamic balancing device was designed according to the principle of stepping motor. According to the principle of vibration balancing and the required balancing precision and time, TI ( Texas Instruments ) high performance Digital Signal Processor(DSP) TMS320F2812 was selected as the core of the controller. Experimental verification was that the controller works well, it can reduce the vibration level and improve the quality of machined part in the machining process.
