摘要
针对目前制造执行系统(MES)缺乏柔性和可移植性的缺点,提出在MES中添加基础数据管理模块,以通过修改系统基础数据的设置适应不同企业的不同产品、不同工艺以及不同控制要求。首先指出增加基础数据管理的优点,分析制造执行系统的基础数据,提出基础数据的功能模型,并阐述实现基础数据管理的关键技术——基于产品配置和工艺配置的产品数据集成技术以及基于矩阵的产品簇模型,最后给出了基础数据管理系统的实现。
For the disadvantage of flexibility and transplant of the traditional MES, it is proposed that a base data management module be added into MES to adapt to the different companies, different products, different processes and different controlling demands. The merits of adding base data management into MES is given, then the base data of MES is analyzed, and the function model of base data is built, then an exposition of crucial technology to accomplish base data management is made. The crucial technology to accomplish base data management is integration technology of product data based on product configuration and process configuration and product family based on matrix. At last an instance of base data management system is given.
