摘要
利用Pro/E软件建立微小钻头三维实体模型,分别改变其钻芯厚度与钻头直径比、刃沟和螺旋角等参数,再利用ANSYS软件对微小钻头的扭转刚度和弯曲刚度进行有限元分析。为微小钻头结构优化设计、提高其切削性能和耐用度的研究提供依据。
The 3D drill model is built by using Pro/E. The various ratios of the corebit thickness to the diameter and the helix angle are calculated by ANSYS,in order to analyse the torsional rigidity and twisty rigidity. The basic for optimizing the structural parameters as well as improving the cutting performance and tool-life of the drill are provided.
