摘要
针对小型带有平面的注塑件拾取,设计了基于气吸盘的注塑件拾取机械手,广泛应用于带有小平面的盘类、板料物体的搬运。该机械手由步进电动机实现机械手绕垂直立柱的旋转,由TN型气缸实现水平伸缩,由MAL型气缸实现垂直伸缩,由负压发生器生成吸盘所需的负压,机械手可搬运小于10kgf的带有小平面的物体。论述该机械手的机械结构及其控制系统硬件、软件设计等。
A 3-degrees jet-molding parts carrying manipulator with a pneumatic sucker disk was designed. The manipulator can be widely used for carrying disk and plate stocks with little planes. The manipulator was built up with a step-motor which was used to fulfill the rotation of the manipulator, a TN and a MAL kind cylinders which were used to achieve the horizontal and vertical stretching out and drawing back respectively, and a negative pressure generator which provided the negative pressure to pick up the parts. The mechanical structure of the manipulator,the hardware and software of the control system were designed.
