介绍一种无杆活塞气缸与二级杠杆-偏心轮复合的浮动式传动系统的工作原理、结构特点和力学计算。几种简单的增力机构和无杆活塞气缸进行合理的组合后,不仅可以实现力的多级放大,而且结构简单紧凑,增力效果显著。
Introduces the principle, structure and mechanical calculation formulars of a floating drive system which is based on non-rod piston cylinder and the combination of two-level lever and eccentric wheel. After proper combination of several force amplifiers and non-rod piston cylinders, the system can accomplish the multistage force amplification. Meanwhile, with simple and compact structure, it force increasing effect is remarkable.
