空肠弯曲菌裂解气相色谱分析 被引量:1

ANALYSIS OF PYROLYSIS GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY OF CAMPYLOBACTER JEJUNI

摘要 本文报告应用裂解气相色谱分析15株空肠弯曲菌(生物2型13株,1型和4型各1株)。结果表明生物2型裂解气相色谱图可分为五个组,组内色谱图表现完全相同或基本相同,组间则有所区别;不同生物型之间的裂解气相色谱图却有明显差异。对其差异及临床意义进行了讨论。 Analysis of pyrolysis gas chromatography (PGC) of fifteen strains of campylobac-ter jejuni was reported. There were thirteen strains of Biotype Ⅱ, one strain of Biotype I and one strain of Biotype IV. The results showed that Biotype Ⅱ might be divided into five groups by PGC. The graphs of the members of the same group were entirely or fundamentally the same in shape while those of different groups were different, However, there were marked diversity among PGC of organisms of different Biotypes. The diversity and clinical significance of the results were discussed.
