连云港市经济与环境协调度研究

Study on Harmony Coefficient of Lianyungang Economy and Environment

为克服评价指标之间相关性,运用主成分分析法分别对经济与环境的评价指标进行提取,再尝试用古林法确定经济与环境评价的权重,运用线性加权综合评价模型分别对连云港经济与环境进行评价,最后对经济与环境协调度进行定量分析,得出结论为,连云港市整体经济与环境协调度为0.80,市区为0.84,赣榆为0.83,东海为0.87,灌云为0.78,灌南为0.76,整体协调度情况良好。

To overcome relativity among evaluation index, the principle component analysis method is used to extract evaluation index of economy and environment, AJKlee to determine evaluation weight and linear weight overall evaluation mode to evaluate Lianungang economy and environment. Later, quantitative analysis of economy and environment harmony coefficient is made only to find the coefficient is 0.80：0.84 in the urban area; 0.83 in Ganyu County; 0.87 in Donghai County; 0,78 in Guanyun County; 0.76 in Guannan County. The general harmony coefficient is good.
