摘要
本文报道54例眼内和眶内占位性病变的超声显像诊断。其病变的检出率为100％30例超声显像诊断与病理诊断相符合、若将临床资料与病变的内部声学结构、边缘回声、透声性、以及形态和位置综合分析,可提高诊断的准确性。
Diagnostic use of ultrasonography in 54 cases of intraocular and orbital occupying lesions is reported. All casses gained positive findings in this series:30 cases corresponded to the pathologic diagnosis. Evaluation in context of clinical picturewith ultrasonic characteristics and the shape and position of the lesions might increase the diagnostic accuracy. As sclera is demonstrated clearly, intra-and extraocular lessions are discriminated well in echography, and it is not limited from opaqueness, this method has many advantages in early diagnostic workup.
