摘要
随着社会转型及人们思想观念的多元交互作用,当代大学生的就业目的更加现实,就业方式更加灵活多样,就业类型更加倾向于满足自身的实际需求。这就给社会及相关机构提出新的问题,要适时地调整策略,围绕大学毕业生的心理动向恰当地引导教育。
With the people' s ideological and social transformation of the concept of multiple interactions, the employment purpose of con- temporary college students become more realistic, more flexible and diverse forms of employment, employment type become more inclined to satisfy their own needs. This community and relevant agencies are put forward new problems, to timely adjust strategy, focus on the psychological trend of college graduates to guide appropriate education.
