大学毕业生就业难是我国现阶段及今后长期面临的重要问题。就业能力不足是我国大学毕业生就业难的核心问题。充分发展大学生的就业能力是高等教育的一个重要环节和职能,也是实现大学生充分就业的重要措施之一,只有弱化学历教育,加强能力教育,将专业设置的权利下放到高校,学校、政府、雇主、学生多方利益主体参与课程设置,科学规划大学课程,才能确保毕业生就业能力的提高。

The problem of job hunting of college graduates is an important one faced by our higher education. The weak job hunting capability is the key part of the problem. Some countermeasures are proposed in order to well develop students＇ capabilities and reach the satisfactory job hun- ting rate of graduates.
