摘要 "理解教学"是一种适应新课程改革而产生的新型教学观念,强调"理解"在教学中的价值,其理论对研究大学体育教学心理气氛的设计和营造有很好的指导作用。良好的体育教学心理气氛,有助于师生间的有效交流和沟通,促进师生间的相互理解,提高大学体育的教育教学效果。 "Understanding teaching " is a new kind of teaching concept that was formed in the new course reforming, it emphasizes the value of "understand" in teaching, it takes "understanding" as the teaching purpose, it is important to pay attention to the student' s world in "understanding teaching ", teacher and student' s conversation is in equality. Teaching based on "understanding teaching " is a kind of the open form, understanding teaching' s theory has the very. good directive function in studying how to build a mentality atmosphere in university sports teaching. The mentality, atmosphere is fine in sports teaching that is helpful to effectively communicate between teacher and student, to promote to understand between teacher and student, to raise the result of the university, sports education teaching.
