The purpose of guardian supervision system is to protect the wards＇ fights and interests, and make our society in good condition. There is much imperfection in our current guardian supervision system as the guideline has fallen behind. The future civil code of our country should make good use of the legislative civilization of other countries, and raise a foresight and excellent framework of the system in terms of the compulsory establishment of guardian supervision and the systemization of guardian supervision measures, etc.
